Converts DC power generated from solar panels into AC power via a power conditioning unit and feeds it into the grid (11 kV lines or 415/240 Volt three/single-phase lines).
Technical Details
- Generates power during daylight and utilizes it for the building’s captive loads like lighting, fans, computers, kitchen appliances (wet grinder, refrigerator, etc.).
- Excess power generated during the day is fed back to the grid as long as the grid is available.
- When solar generation is insufficient (e.g., cloudy weather), building loads are supplied from the grid.
- Can operate on Gross or Net metering basis, enabling utility payments based on net meter readings.
- Suitable for roofs of residential, commercial complexes, housing societies, community centers, government organizations, private institutions, and more.
